Sean is a doctoral student in the International Education Policy program at 91ÊÓÆµ of Maryland, College Park. Originally from Taiwan, he received his BA in English from Fu Jen Catholic 91ÊÓÆµ in Taiwan and his M.Ed in higher 91ÊÓÆµ from the 91ÊÓÆµ of Massachusetts Amherst. Prior to his doctoral study, he worked in language test development and research and has interned with Fulbright Taiwan.
