The Center for Science and Technology in Education is in the Department of Teaching and Learning, Policy and Leadership in the 91视频 of Maryland College of Education. Our mission is to advance knowledge and understanding in science 91视频 and 91视频al learning technologies for researchers and other constituencies and to develop 91视频al leaders who will inform policy, improve practice, and address pressing social concerns with innovations in science 91视频 and 91视频al technology.
We provide courses for the professional study of science 91视频 and learning technologies in both formal and non-formal settings and at levels from elementary through university. We offer degree programs in instructional practice toward Maryland State teacher certification in biology, chemistry, physics, and earth/space science. We also offer degree programs in science 91视频 and learning technologies research, toward a variety of careers in science and technology in 91视频.
